Caleb Dietzel
Owner
Born and raised in Seattle, I grew up around computers. I loved taking them apart, rebuilding and figuring out how they work. I enjoy a good challenge, something that makes you have to think outside the box for a solution. I started CRD Solutions because I am passionate about helping my clients reach their full potential, and building custom solutions for them. In my free time I can be found wood working, building things, and spending time with my wife and cat.
Aaron Kercher
Senior Engineer / Operations Manager
I grew up in Auburn and later moved to Seattle to pursue my undergraduate degree from the University of Washington. I now live with my partner and our two cats and two dogs. In my spare time I like to snowboard, hike with the dogs, play guitar and ukulele.
Patrick Franklin

Ever since I was a kid, I've had a talent for breaking things and learning how to fix them. Over two decades later, I've nearly mastered both! When I'm not confusing computers, I can be found wandering the woods, tending to bonsai chili peppers, and attempting to appease my cat.
Mitchell Bussard

For longer than I can remember I have always had a passion for IT and love learning and experimenting with new ideas and technology. When I am not working you will probably find me tinkering with my home lab, playing and going on adventures with my German Shepherd, or making memories with my girlfriend. I enjoy tackling challenges with curiosity and enthusiasm, always looking for ways to innovate and improve.

Former chef turned IT enthusiast with an emphasis in cybersecurity. Animal lover. Avid hiker, camper and IPA connoisseur. During the winter months I like to snowboard as often as possible. Also enjoy a nice relaxing, rainy day inside reading.

I have been passionate about computers and helping people my whole life, and now I am lucky enough to get to do both! I grew up in Sacramento, California and have lived in several cities and towns along the west coast. I have previously been a theatre kid, a camp counselor, and a barista. When I am not working, I enjoy singing, swimming, and deep-frying.

With a lifelong passion for technology, I've always been fascinated by the endless possibilities it offers. My journey led me to CRD, where I now have the privilege to work with a team of innovators and experts. When not immersed in tech, you'll find me snowboarding in winter and hiking and camping in summer.

Born in California and grew up in Seattle, my passion for development of both the mind and body has led me to be a computer technician, weightlifter and parkour athlete.
My core desires are to gain competency in all these aspects, but first and foremost we must be people with one another. Lover of nature and philosophy, I believe it is our responsibility to live our lives as best as we can.

Nashville native, avid snowboarder, beach bum. Combining my love for adventure in the mountains and computers, whether on the slopes or in the office, I thrive on challenges and breaking into new tech of the world. I enjoy exploring the picturesque hikes of the Pacific Northwest and Cannon beach with my wife in our free time.

I like spending time with my husband, our dog and 3 cats, being outside working in our yard, enjoying the wildlife, taking walks with our dog, visiting with neighbors and friends, and really enjoy when it snows!
